WELCOME
You're Invited to SAPA's 8th Annual General Assembly!
As President of SAPA, I’m honored to invite you to our 8th Annual General Assembly at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando. This gathering is the heartbeat of our community — three days set aside each year to reflect on how far we’ve come, strategize on where we’re headed, and celebrate the work we’ve built together. This year’s theme, Healing Beyond Borders, speaks to exactly who we are: physicians and professionals whose care for Sudan doesn’t stop at distance, and whose commitment travels across every border between us and home.

WHY ATTEND
Annual Celebration of Excellence
COMMUNITY
This isn’t just a conference — it’s a homecoming. It’s a chance to stand shoulder to shoulder with Sudanese physicians, professionals, and families gathered from every corner of the U.S.
PROGRAM
Our speakers don’t just inform — they remind us why we do this work, igniting the pride and purpose that brought each of us here. And at our Gala, we’ll celebrate culture and heritage in true Sudanese spirit.
FAMILY
The resort is minutes away from Orlando’s top attractions, with world-class amenities for the whole family to enjoy. With family-friendly spaces, complimentary childcare, and a welcome for every generation, this is a gathering for everyone. Because healing doesn’t stop at a border, and neither does our story.
Complimentary childcare will be available Saturday, December 12th (8 AM–5 PM) and Sunday, December 13th (8 AM–2 PM).
