Severe hunger is rising, with 24.6 million people facing acute food insecurity, and 17 million lacking safe water, while outbreaks of cholera and malnutrition continue to spread across the country. In places like Tawila and El-Fasher, where fewer than one in four health facilities still function, families arrive exhausted and in urgent need of care.
