Over 350,000 people once depended on Bahri Teaching Hospital, a lifeline for care in Khartoum North. Today, it stands dark and silent. Conflict has stripped it of water, power, and basic medical tools. Mothers give birth without light. Emergencies go untreated. Children are turned away from empty wards.
As families return home, they’re met with shuttered doors and no place to turn in crisis.
SAPA is working to change that. We’re rebuilding Bahri from the ground up, restoring ERs, maternity wards, surgical units, pediatric care, and water systems that every hospital needs to function.
But we can’t finish this alone.
