For Members

How to Become a Member

First of all we are excited that you want to be a SAPA member! Our membership is divided into three categories

Regular Members

A Regular Member shall be a practicing Sudanese medical professional, including medical doctor, public health specialist, dentist, pharmacist, resident and/or fellow in training in the United States.

Associate Members

An Associate Member shall be a non-practicing Sudanese medical graduate living within the United States who is holding an ECFMG certification, or Sudanese medical student studying within the United States who is holding an ECFMG certification.

Affiliate Members

An Affiliate Member shall be a non-practicing Sudanese medical graduate living within the United States who is not holding an ECFMG certificate, Sudanese medical student studying within the United States who is not holding an ECFMG certificate, or Sudanese physician, dentist, or pharmacist eligible to practice in the United States, but currently practicing outside the United States.

Please log in to your SAPA Profile and you will be able to manage your membership renewal, donations, projects, edit your profile and many other useful features!

Volunteer with SAPA!

As a SAPA Member you are eligible to volunteer in one of SAPA Offices. As a Volunteer you are considered a member of that office and can help carry on SAPA's mission and goals and plan the office activities collectively.

Have a New Project Idea?

Please make it a SAPA Project!

As a SAPA Member you have access to our resources and our network of members, volunteers and collaborators. You can make your idea a reality by applying for a new SAPA project. Your project will be reviewed by our Projects Review Committee and if adopted by SAPA, you will have all of us working with you to make it happen!
