Please read the following document before applying for a new project

SAPA Project Proposal

For example: What value does this project add to SAPA? How does this project align with the strategic priorities of SAPA? What results are expected? What are the deliverables? What benefits will be realized? What problems will be resolved?
KPI: the metric and target you are trying to achieve during and at the end of the project.
The difference between a milestone and a deliverable is that a milestone signifies project progress towards obtaining its end objectives, a steppingstone that must be reached in order to continue, whereas a deliverable is a measurable result of this process. Example: In raising awareness about an issue, the number of brochures distributed is a KPI, 100 brochures distributed is a milestone, and the access of a certain population to the awareness materials is deliverable.
