













At Elbuluk Pediatric Hospital, SAPA initiated support in July 2023, further bolstered by UNICEF's partnership in November 2023, enhancing primary healthcare and nutrition services across the hospital and outpatient clinics. With nearly 1148 patients treated in under 5 years and approximately 122 antenatal consultations, the hospital continues its mission. Notably, 454 children have received essential immunization services, including support for diabetic patients in specialized clinics. Elbuluk Pediatric Hospital stands as a cornerstone of healthcare provision, mirroring SAPA's commitment to healing and nurturing the most vulnerable young lives in Sudan.


In response to the wave of displacement from Khartoum state due to the current events in the city of Wad Madani, the Sudanese American Physician Association (SAPA) in collaboration with the College of Medicine at Al Jazeera University have established a health center to provide essential care to displaced immigrants. Wad Madani is the second largest city in Sudan and it is where many Khartoum residents are fleeing to. The center offers family medicine, gynecology, obstetric, and pediatric medicine services.


SAPA supports the operational cost of Halfa Hospital, located in northern state, the hospital visits has surged dramatically since the war erupted due to influx of people fleeing war zones in Khartoum.


SAPA Hospital, launched by SAPA in Medani, Sudan, is a dedicated facility offering free medical care to internally displaced persons (IDPs) affected by the ongoing conflicts in the region. Boasting 80 beds, including 6 specialized ICU beds, the hospital prioritizes attending to children and women who have been severely impacted by war. Serving patients primarily from nearby camps, SAPA Hospital stands as a beacon of hope and healing for the most vulnerable populations.


SAPA is Supporting the operational cost of Saudi Hospital which is one of two hospitals providing maternity care in Omdurman-Khartoum.

The Sudanese American Physicians Association (SAPA) continues its efforts on the ground saving lives in the SAPA-operated Al Nada Hospital in Omdurman-Khartoum. It is one of only two hospitals in the area that provide natural and cesarean delivery services as well as pediatric care. To lift the financial burden off of civilians, the provided services are free of charge for patients.


This is the only hospital that provides emergency medical services for Children in war-torn state of Khartoum
